Plaready may offer multiple membership categories including but not limited to:

• Pro
• Elite
• Promotional or limited-period plans

Membership features, pricing, benefits, validity, booking limits, and usage conditions shall apply as displayed within the platform at the time of purchase.

Plaready reserves the right to modify plan structures, pricing, inclusions, and benefits at its discretion.

Court bookings, sessions, events, and sports activities are subject to:

• Venue availability
• Operational timings
• Membership eligibility
• Booking limits
• Fair usage policies
• Partner-specific conditions

Plaready does not guarantee uninterrupted slot availability at all venues or locations.

All payments made through the platform must be completed using approved payment methods available on the platform.

Users authorize Plaready and its payment partners to process applicable charges including:

• Membership fees
• Booking charges
• Convenience fees
• Taxes and statutory charges

Failure of payment authorization may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

Rescheduling or cancellation requests may be permitted only before the applicable cutoff time displayed during booking.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated booking misuse may result in:

• Temporary restrictions
• Booking limitations
• Loss of membership privileges
• Additional charges where applicable

Venue-specific cancellation policies may additionally apply.

Eligible membership plans may allow temporary pauses, extensions, upgrades, or modifications subject to:

• Plan eligibility
• Operational feasibility
• Applicable fees
• Duration restrictions

Upgrades to higher plans may require differential payment. Downgrades may not guarantee proportional refunds or credits.

Users are required to:

• Follow venue rules and safety instructions
• Maintain respectful conduct

• Comply with local laws and sporting regulations

Plaready and venue partners reserve the right to deny access or suspend accounts for misconduct, abuse, fraudulent activity, harassment, unsafe behavior, or policy violations.

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted services, Plaready does not guarantee:

• Continuous platform availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted bookings
• Compatibility across all devices or networks

Temporary downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or partner-side operational issues may occur.

Plaready reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Payment disputes
• Misuse of services
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Harmful or unlawful conduct

All platform content including logos, trademarks, designs, software, graphics, text, and workflows remain the intellectual property of Plaready, Cloudhubs, or associated licensors.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Plaready reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated terms may be published within the app or website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts as determined by the operating entity.
